This was a request from one of my friends on the internet. She doesn't have a thing on here (I wish she did though) but I wanted to draw her chibi and I couldn't help myself but draw her in this adorable outfit.
I agree, it looks kinda rough.. my camera wasn't my friend at the moment but this was the best pic of the drawing so I just stuck with it. Just bear with me on how scratchy it looks.
Why I came up with a panda is that, well, *holds out one hand* panda's are adorable *holds out the other* she acts adorable. Put them both together and *claps my hands together* POOF! Ya got a cute overload.
